Revision Policy

The package you selected includes several rounds of edits to make sure you’re happy with the final result. You can ask for changes as many times as your package allows. We aim to give you top-quality service, and we’ll keep making edits until you’re fully satisfied. You won’t be charged extra for any changes to the original design, and we’ll send you the updated version within 48 hours.

Remember that if you ask for changes after the final website design is approved, those will count as a new order and might come with extra charges.

Refund Policy

Here is the refund policy for Techmarks Studio:

• Clients who choose a custom package are not eligible for a refund.
• Once you ask for revisions, a refund will no longer be possible.
• If we don’t hear from you for more than two weeks after the project starts, you won’t be able to get a refund.
• All refunds will follow the official company policy.
• If you hire another company to do the same project, your right to a refund will be canceled.
• A refund will only be given if your creative brief includes all the important and needed details.
• Full design changes are not covered under our refund policy.
• Refund requests made outside the allowed time will not be accepted.
• Refunds will not be given due to business closures or if you change your business name.
• You cannot get a refund just because you changed your mind or had issues with your business partners.
• If you are not happy with one specific service in your package, you may get a refund for just that service.
• No refunds will be allowed after 15 days from the date of purchase.
• Social Media services are non-refundable.
• Once the website design is approved for development, refunds will no longer be available.
• We offer a money-back guarantee only if you completely reject the first set of designs. If you ask for more options or edits, we will deduct 33% to cover the work already done.

Techmarks Studio has the right to reject any project or cancel any agreement. After a refund is issued, the client no longer owns the designs, and all rights to the work belong to Techmarks Studio.

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm it right away. Our team will carefully review your request and start the refund process once the review is done.

If a refund is approved, you will no longer have any rights to the designs provided by Techmarks Studio . We will also share this information with copyright agencies to follow legal rules and protect design ownership.

Delivery Policy

Your completed order will be sent to your assigned account on the date mentioned in your Order Confirmation. You’ll also get a confirmation email to keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Please note that the delivery time depends on what’s included in the package you selected, with a minimum processing time of 2 business days.
